How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by sending us an e-mail at customerservice@zocalofoods.com as soon as possible.

Zocalofoods.com will not be able to cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, once you receive your unwanted items you may initiate a return through our return process.
