What if I received damaged or missing items?

Damaged or missing items is horrible! If something arrived less-than-perfect* or didn’t arrive at all, start a conversation with our Customer Service team! We can issue a replacement if necessary and look into any possible shipping delays.

Note: When an item is damaged, please attach a photo if possible to your email so we can share it with our Shipping Department and the brand to ensure it never arrives that way again for you or any other customer in the future.
